I was given the information I needed in a helpful way.
As I an outpatient currently needing assisstance due to my constant pain due to a flare up, I asked what options do I have other than waiting for my next maintenance medication. The response was just to wait two weeks until my maintenance medication is available. I emailed again to ask what can i do in the meantime to appease the pain/symptoms which are day and night. No response.
I also left a voice message, which was never returned back.
The level of care is really poor and needs improvement, the team needs to remember that people who are flaring up with chronic conditions are in a lot of pain constantly, low energy, making it hard to do everyday life like going out to work, even food shopping and sleeping properly throught the night. I really hate writing bad feedback like this but it has been very frustrating that I have feel like I have to beg to get an answer under the current system, and even when I do, its a partial response not addressing the immediate issues.
I am now doing the injections myself. It seemed strange at first - this time I managed to listen for the clicks.
The two nurses who showed me how to use the injections were very kind and patient.
